Event Dates
Training dates for Autumn / Winter
The training sessions are as follows:-
- 8.30 - 10.30 at Ferndown Sports Centre, Cherry Grove, Ferndown.
- The session will consist of 'Off Road' Biking, Running and Swimming. Bikes must be in a roadworthy condition and approved bike helmets must be worn.
- Cost £7.00 per session.
- Taster sessions will be made available through the holidays.

Events in 2007
Outside-In Triathlon 07/10/07
All the above events are based at St.Michaels School, Colehill. The swim takes place in an 18m heated school pool. The adult race then takes place in the surrounding countryside, whilst the childrens race takes place within the safety of the school grounds.
